CEHISA PM50 Through-Feed Pre-Milling Machine

With the ever increasing demand for improved quality the PM-50 is an ideal solution for any manufacturer who wants to improve their edgebanding finish or overcome the problems associated with swollen panels caused by moisture ingress, without the expense of replacing the saw, the edgebander, or both.

Using two diamond cutter blocks to pre- mill the panel edge the chipping from the saw or the swollen edge is removed, as well as any badly adjusted scoring marks, and any out of squareness of the edge, resulting in a perfect surface for tape application. The cutters are arranged to jump mill which avoids the risk of the trailing corner of melamine faced panels chipping out.
