Payment from Customers with Proforma Accounts
Payment for Goods ordered online must be made through our Website using a Credit or Debit card.
Payments from Customers with NEY Credit Accounts
You will receive an invoice via email after the order has been despatched. Payment will be expected on Standard Credit Accounts within 30 days from the date of the invoice.
Once Payment method has been selected you will then select one of the following shipping options:
Free Click and Collect
Our warehouse is open from 8.30am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Collection orders must be placed by 5pm at the latest. Customers should bring a hard or electronic copy of the Sales Confirmation when collecting.
Next Day Carriage (Parcels)
Next day deliveries are available for all orders that are placed by 5pm.
A minimum delivery charge of £10.95 is applicable on all next day orders up to 20kg in weight.
Not applicable for long length tubes, dangerous goods and pallets.
3 Day Standard Carriage
Free Shipping for Parcels on orders over £250.00
Standard delivery is available with a minimum fee of £7.95 (up to 20 kg) for all orders below £250.
Pallet Delivery 2-3 days
A pallet delivery charge is applied on all orders below £500.00.
The pallet delivery charges can be discounted by 50% on orders above £500.00 per pallet with the prospect of negotiating FOC pallet delivery on orders above £1000.00.
This is applicable for board deliveries, foil and single pallet deliveries.
Same day pallet delivery
Same day pallet deliveries are available, kindly request a quote from our sales team.
Weekly pallet deliveries will be scheduled free of charge on the below post codes:
BB & PR & BD (Monday)
LE & PE (Tuesday)
UB & HA & TW & SL (Wednesday)
RM & IG (Thursday)
WS & B & CV (Friday)

Dangerous goods and long length material.
On orders for long length items and dangerous goods a minimum fee of £23.50 (up to 20 kg) will be applicable. F.O.C. Standard delivery is available on all orders above £350.

Sales Order Acknowledgement
Once your order has been received you will receive an order acknowledgment.
A dispatch email will be sent out when the goods are packed and ready to leave our premises.
If the courier is unsuccessful in delivery, a card will be posted through your door and the items will returned to their distribution centre. The process for organising a second attempt at delivery, or collection of your goods varies depending on the carrier. If your order is not collected from the collection point or contact made to arrange another delivery attempt, it will be returned to us. You will have to wait for goods to be returned and booked back into stock before credit notes are issued.
Non Standard UK delivery destinations
Please call our Internal Sales Team 024 7630 8100 if you wish your order to go a non-standard UK destination as our Sales team will organise for your order to be delivered to you by the most economic route.
PO Box Address
Please check with sales if you require you order to be delivered to a PO Box address.

If you would like to open a credit account with NEY, please download the following forms and once completed return these by post to Accounts at NEY Ltd, Stonebridge Trading Estate, Sibree Road, Coventry CV3 4FD. Once we have received the signed forms we can look into offering your company a credit facility.

Once you have opened an account with us, you will receive a courtesy visit from your Area Sales Manager to introduce them to you.
