Payment from Customers with Proforma Accounts

Payment for Goods ordered online must be made through our Website using a Credit or Debit card. 

Payments from Customers with NEY Credit Accounts

You will receive an invoice via email after the order has been despatched. Payment will be expected on Standard Credit Accounts within 30 days from the date of the invoice. 

Once Payment method has been selected you will then select one of the following shipping options:

Free Click and Collect

Our warehouse is open from 8.00am to 6.00pm Monday to Friday. Please leave two hours before collecting to allow our pickers to pick your order. Please bring with you a copy of your Sales Confirmation or show your sales confirmation on your smartphone. Our receptionist can print you a sales confirmation off.

Next Day Carriage

Orders placed before 4pm for next working day (excludes bank hols and weekends). Next Day carriage is payable. 

3 Day Standard Carriage

Free Shipping on orders over £250.00

Pallet Delivery 1 - 2 Days

1 – 2 working days after dispatch.

Pallet Delivery 2 – 3 Days

2 – 3 working days after dispatch.

Same – Day Carriage (if applicable)

Sales Order Acknowledgement

Once your order has been received you will receive an order acknowledgment. 

Dispatch 

A dispatch email will be sent out when the goods are packed and ready to leave our premises. 

Unsuccessful Deliveries

If the courier is unsuccessful in delivery, a card will be posted through your door and the items will returned to their distribution centre. The process for organising a second attempt at delivery, or collection of your goods varies depending on the carrier. If your order is not collected from the collection point or contact made to arrange another delivery attempt, it will be returned to us. You will have to wait for goods to be returned and booked back into stock before credit notes are issued.

Non Standard UK delivery destinations

Please call our Internal Sales Team 024 76308100 if you wish your order to go a non-standard UK destination as our Sales team will organise for your order to be delivered to you by the most economic route.

PO Box Address

Please check with sales if you require you order to be delivered to a PO Box address. 

To open a credit account

If you would like to open a credit account with NEY, please download the following forms and once completed return these by post to Accounts at NEY Ltd, Stonebridge Trading Estate, Sibree Road, Coventry CV3 4FD. Once we have received the signed forms we can look into offering your company a credit facility.
