Cehisa Pro 12 Edgebander

A glue pot machine with a screw feed mechanism to minimise glue spillage, which applies hot melt glue directly to the edge of the panel allowing the application of unglued coil material.

The machine is equipped with a pre milling station, end trim saws top and bottom trim, flat and radius scrapers, buffers and had a feed speed of 10m/min.

With a solid wood lipping capacity the machine is ideally suited to a general workshop where any lipping material from 0.4mm up to 6mm solid wood lippings can be applied.
