Romabond Marine Glue is a single component, polyurethane based wood adhesive. Cures with the help of moisture in the environment and wood. It is easy to apply, has low viscosity and high adhesion strength. D4-DIN is resistant to water, moisture and chemicals according to EN204 standard.

• Should be applied on most surfaces; the ambient air and wood humidity assist the curing process.
• Used on all bonding applications requiring water resistance, on furniture production, boat production and bonding of wooden materials to each other.
• Can also be used on metal, concrete and all kinds of plastic materials.
• Can be applied easily, has a low viscosity and is fast curing.
• Endures in high and low temperatures, also resistant to humidity and most chemicals.

Instructions for use

• The parts to be bonded should be cleaned properly; dust and oil. 
• For strong adhesion, at least one of the surfaces must be porous. 
• Gently wetting the surfaces before application will improve the adhesion performance. 
• The adhesive should be applied as a thin layer to one or both surfaces. 
• Surfaces should be pressed within 15 minutes. The pressing time depends on the humidity of the environment, the temperature and the porosity of the materials to be bonded. 
• The newly applied adhesive can be removed with the aid of acetone. 
• It should not be used at temperatures below +5 ° C
