We are seeking candidates (Woodworking Production Manager/Area Sales Manager) who have experience in the Woodworking Trade or who have a good knowledge of Furniture Production and Panel Processing techniques and the manufacture of Kitchens, Bedrooms, Bathrooms, Shopfitting etc, or a good knowledge of Panel Saws, Edgebanders, Drilling Machines and CNC Machines, Furniture Components, Kitchen Components, Hinges, Drawer Systems, Sliding Door Systems, who wish to move to a career in sales.

 

The candidate of Woodworking Production Manager/Area Sales Manager is for a full-time Hybrid role with requirements to visit our Coventry headquarters. The candidate will be responsible for fostering client relationships, identifying sales opportunities, and providing expert advice on woodworking machinery and materials. Additional responsibilities include ensuring adherence to quality standards, coordinating with customers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve business goals.

We supply, install and service woodworking machinery for starter companies, established and expanding company’s right up to highly sophisticated plant installations for automated production.

 

Qualifications

  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in woodworking production, machinery or manufacturing industries
  • Previous production experience with transferrable skills
  • The ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships
  • Excellent problem-solving, organisational, and time management skills
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team

 

Benefits

Salary £40,000 per annum plus uncapped commission.
