Cehisa EP 9 Edgebander

A glue pot machine with a screw feed mechanism to minimise glue spillage, which applies hot melt glue directly to the edge of the panel allowing the application of unglued coil material, high pressure laminates and solid wood lippings.

The machine is equipped with a guillotine to separate the material from the coil, end trim saws, top and bottom trim, flat scrapers and buffers. It will apply coiled material from 0.4mm thick up to solid wood lippings 6mm thick at a feed speed of 10m/min.
